Dr. Toni has been AMAZING in helping me with my upper back and knee pain. My knee has been messed up and causing me pain for about 3 years and within the first session with her, I could already feel it improving. She educated me on what was wrong and gave me exercises to do on my own as well, and I almost have perfect range of motion and haven’t felt pain - and it’s only been two weeks since my first session. She’s also helping with my back mobility. As an athlete, my upper back is often extremely tight and I have limited range of motion in my left side. After one mobility session, my mobility re-test was near perfect. It’s going to take some time to make my mobility long-lasting, but Dr. Toni has been so good with educating me along the way, providing me with mobility techniques to do between appointments, and making sure that I am 110% comfortable. She listens and takes into consideration EVERYTHING I tell her when discussing what I’m feeling. It’s so nice to have a doctor listen to me and validate my pain/feelings. I would recommend Dr. Toni and Off The Block Physical Therapy to everyone!!!!
